JUST IN: Akpabio elected Senate President of the 10th National Assembly

Senator Godswill Akpabio

Senator Godswill Akpabio of the All Progressives Congress, has been elected as President of the Senate.

The former Governor of Akwa Ibom served as a Minister for Niger Delta Affairs from 2019 to 2022, he is currently representing the Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial zone.
