Gratitude is the quality of being thankful. It is a show of appreciation for something done for you. Gratitude erases negativity and must be an integral part of life.
Most times we feel a sense of loss for the things we are yet to achieve or acquire. We beat ourselves up because we feel we haven't attained that height of success yet.
But hold on a moment, while you feel there is nothing going for you, remember the life you are living now is someone's prayer point. The things you enjoy are things others are hopeful for.
There is a lot to be grateful for. The things you have now, were things you once prayed for.
